Wojciech is a mechanical engineer from Warsaw with 10 years of professional experience. He spent early years of his career with General Electric in different positions focusing on design and maintenance of GE’s rotating equipment portfolio. He then held project management roles in different manufacturing companies from Oil&Gas and railway sectors, coordinating remote global teams delivering products from concept design to product installation and commissioning. Wojciech is an advocate of a clear and unambiguous project scope and early risk indentification and mitigation. At WT Wojciech is managing BC-Wind project in the Baltic Sea.
