Peter is a Chartered Engineer with over 15 years’ of experience in engineering design projects including offshore wind, aerospace and defence. He has a holistic approach to team leadership and solving complex technical problems, alongside strategy setting, risk management and cultivating high-performing teams.

Peter is focused on fostering successful client relationships and building collaborative working environments. He has a comprehensive background of leading design teams and supporting clients through complex decisions, within an emphasis on delivery and cost control. He has a full understanding of the design cycle process and ensuring best practice is implemented. Peter has spent the last three years working as project manager for Dogger Bank: the world’s largest offshore windfarm. He lives in Bristol with his wife, young daughter, and black Labrador retriever. He enjoys running and adventures in the great outdoors.
