Morten has been working in the Offshore Wind industry for more than 10 years and has detailed knowledge in project execution from the site condition assessment to the fabrication and installation phase. He has been working with all phases in an Offshore Wind project and has the capability to navigate in the various activities across the phases, from developing cost-efficient bids for competitive auctions through to delivering detailed design. He has been working with Project Certification as Project Manager for large Offshore Wind projects and knows what to focus at in order to reduce the risks on the project, and as Lead Structural Engineer with responsibility for detailed design and design verification of numerous Offshore Wind projects and has the ability to efficiently optimise without compromising the structural integrity.
