Being a WT Graduate Engineer, you are expected to develop the sustainable energy transition. The Wood Thilsted Graduate Rotation Program is a 2-year career journey with a minimum of 3 eight-month rotations across different departments.

Tailored learning curve
Wood Thilsted has a well-structured approach to training and development. Each graduate will have a tailored plan which consists of a combination of internal and external training to support their professional development and personal goals.
Throughout the graduate rotation programme, you will be assessed against set goals, together with your manager you will reflect on your progress and discuss your preferred department rotation. All 3 rotations will be based on your preference and choice.
Your mentor and graduate community
All graduate engineers will be matched with a professional mentor, who will help you gain valuable experience and understanding of Wood Thilsted, build strong network with colleagues, provide professional and personal sparring where needed as well as onboard you to our Graduate Network and Learning Sessions. You will also be surrounded by supportive colleagues who are passionately working towards our common goal.
How and when can you apply

In our other office locations where we offer graduate programmes the period for applications and start dates is flexible throughout the year based on business needs.
You can apply for the graduate programme if you are still studying and planning to graduate the year after, or if you have just graduated. It is also okay if you have not received your official graduate diploma before starting in the Graduate Programme, provided that you have finished your studies and waiting for the official papers.
Our graduate recruitment process
Our recruitment process consists of stages: Phone screen, meeting the team, a case based assessment and final interview. During the recruitment process you will also met some of our current graduates where they will give you an insight of their work and experience with Wood Thilsted.
Wood Thilsteds recruitment and selection process consists of a two stage interview process. The first stage is run by human resources, and the second our Lead Engineers host a technical interview in which you will be given a case study and task. Throughout the process you will gain an understanding of our company culture, meet several employees and have the opportunity to ask plenty of questions.
