Bernie Chiu has been engaging in site investigations and surveys (both geotechnical/geophysical and onshore/offshore) project management for various offshore wind farm projects since 2018 in Taiwan. Since 2018, Bernie has participated in more than 32 site investigations projects, throughout the whole project cycle, from internal liaison, scoping, procurement, project planning, contract, offshore operation management, and report reviewing, to lessons learned.
