A geotechnical engineer by training, Johan has spent the last 15 years working almost exclusively on offshore wind projects in various roles from detailed designer to site investigation specialist and to various project, line and commercial management roles. Johan has spent 10 years in developer organizations in interacting with decision makers, maturing sites and projects and taking them through all stages including early planning, maturation, construction and operation. Johan has a particular interests in geohazard identification and mitigation as well as geotechnical design optimizations and my expertise includes pile and cable installation, jack-up assessment, pile testing and design. He has recently returned to Europe following a 3 year expatriation to Taiwan setting up the WT branch in Taipei.
