Ömer Can Kücükyildiz has more experience working on complex, multi-physics finite element modelling within solid mechanics and computational materials science in the field of wind turbine generators since 2013. His modelling portfolio includes a dynamic 3D FE model on impact driving of monopiles, 3D FE non-linear buckling analysis of pile toe during driving and a parametric jacket-TP 3D FE model.

His previous experience from working at the interface of solid mechanics and materials science and recent finite element experience within pile and jacket analyses enable Ömer to work with a wide range of tasks within offshore wind engineering consultancy.
