Dr. Sarah Elkhatib is Director and Head of APAC at Wood Thilsted, leading the company’s strategic growth and client engagement across one of the world’s most dynamic offshore wind regions. Based in Taiwan, she works closely with clients and teams throughout APAC to address the unique needs and opportunities within each country.
With nearly 20 years of experience in offshore energy across APAC, Europe and the UK, Sarah brings extensive leadership, project delivery and business development expertise. She previously held senior roles in the energy consulting sector and is recognised for her collaborative approach and commitment to helping clients achieve high‑value outcomes.
Sarah also contributes to several global industry bodies, supporting initiatives in education, technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
