1 December 2025, Copenhagen and London: Wood Thilsted today announced the appointment of Santiago Paredes-Pinzón as Head of Growth and Accounts, taking charge of global sales and business development initiatives.

His appointment underscores Wood Thilsted’s commitment to delivering smarter, more sustainable solutions for the next generation of offshore wind projects.
With more than 20 years of experience in offshore wind, Santiago brings a proven track record of driving sustainable, profitable growth and delivering strategic leadership across global markets.
Previously, Santiago spearheaded Ramboll’s strategic expansion into the Asia Pacific region, launching operations in Japan, South Korea and Australia – countries with strong offshore wind ambitions. His leadership also extended to the United States, Taiwan and China, where he consistently delivered technical excellence, client satisfaction and strong financial performance through project delivery.
